Carnivore Australia offers a range of recognized, premium brands, graded by Meat Standards Australia (MSA), as well as a wide selection of high quality pasture or grain-fed, organic or hormone-free beef products, salt grass lamb, sow-stall free pork as well as chicken and an extensive range of quality seafood.
Although the majority of Australia’s most exclusive brands are exported, we are able to offer many of them to our customers due to our long-standing relationships with Australia’s major abattoirs, meat processors and fishermen.
We work hard to understand our clients’ needs and offer an extensive range of products, matching them to their end purpose, helping our customers to achieve the consistent results the market demands. From our own select grades to the well known brand names like Black Angus Beef™, we know what each product is best suited to and how you can get the most out of it.
